All work is subject to a site visit, formal written quotation and, where relevant, a separate agreement covering the scope, price and timescale of the work, which will be confirmed with you directly before any work begins.

3. Installations & compliance

Stove and appliance installations are carried out in line with HETAS standards and relevant building regulations. Chimney inspections, camera surveys and sweeping are carried out to a professional standard, but no inspection can guarantee the discovery of every fault, particularly where issues are hidden within the structure of a chimney or property.

4. Intellectual property

The Website design, text, graphics and logo are owned by or licensed to Stove Care UK Installations and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without our permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

5. Third-party links

The Website may link to third-party sites, such as our social media profiles or review platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.
